SERIE S355

The S355 series belongs to our SODEREP-ECANS bistable double pole ATEX battery switch range. This series includes battery switches with a continuous rating of 2x500A and rated voltage of 12V or 24V, it is proposed with different versions for the polarity : : +/-, +/+ or +/-, with a protection degree IP65 for the black range, or IP65-IP67-IP6K9K for the red range and is equipped with a reinforced thermoplastic housing. These battery switches are compliant with ADR according to the ATEX 2014/34/EU and are designed for a use in explosive atmosphere, and have the ATEX marking. These battery switches have M10 terminals an are lockable, and can be operated by one or several control switches mounted on the cabin or chassis of the vehicle. This series is pre-wired for the IROS module. It is also equipped with the L.V.M (Low Voltage Monitoring) function : the master switch will automatically switch OFF if the battery voltage is less than 11,4 V (12V DC version) or less than 22,8 V (24 V DC version) for one minute, this function can also be deactivated, if needed. Finally, these battery switches have an automatic disconnection function : the master switch will automatically switch OFF if the battery voltage is less than 10V (12V DC version) or less than 18V (24 V DC) for one minute, this function cannot be deactivated
